Simple, sweet, and a little bit fancy — our Vichy Carrots take everyday carrots and turn them into something worth talking about. Gently simmered with lemon and butter, a hint of sugar, and a touch of seasoning until glossy and tender, they’re the perfect side for just about anything on your plate.

We make them fresh in our kitchen (no preservatives, no fuss), using the best carrots we can find — often straight from our garden when they’re behaving themselves. Each batch has its own little character, because that’s what happens when food’s made by hand, not in a factory.
